Chefs Drew Deckman of 31ThirtyOne and Deckman's Restaurant Group will show off his talents during a collaborative Playing with Fire dinner with The Lodge at Torrey Pines’ Executive Chef Kelli Crosson and Chef de Cuisine Ryan Dzierzawski. Hosted on The Grill’s patio overlooking the Torrey Pines Golf Course, every event features a selection of various proteins and seasonal sides, all cooked over a wood-burning fire. Guests will also enjoy pours from this event's featured local brewery, Latitude 33 Brewing.

$135 per person (+ tax)

A portion of the event's proceeds benefit Zero FoodPrint, a nonprofit that helps fund farm projects that draw carbon straight from the atmosphere and store it underground, resulting in better food, thriving farms, and a restored climate.

About Executive Chef Drew Deckman

Chef Drew Deckman is a Michelin-starred chef and restaurateur renowned for his commitment to sustainable, locally sourced cuisine. Founder of Deckman’s En El Mogor in Valle de Guadalupe, he also opened 31ThirtyOne in San Diego in 2024, a farm-to-table restaurant prioritizing ethical sourcing. Deckman has earned recognition for his work at Restaurant Vitus in Europe and advocates for responsible farming, fishing, and ranching. A passionate environmentalist, he donates 1% of his revenue to Zero Foodprint. Beyond the kitchen, he serves on the boards of Slow Food International and the Sustainable Seafood Foundation, promoting sustainability in food systems worldwide.
