The Lodge is home to a variety of culinary events, including the weekly Artisan Table dinner, the annual Celebrate the Craft, the Craft Food & Beer Series and holiday specials.

Artisan Table

Returning in late April 2017, A.R. Valentien’s Artisan Table Dinner is a unique and intimate farm-to-table dining experience. This communal meal is set on the heated outdoor terrace overlooking Torrey Pines Golf Course and the Pacific Ocean.

Executive Chef Jeff Jackson and Chef de Cuisine Kelli Crosson carefully source the freshest ingredients of the season from local farmers to prepare this special family-style, four-course menu. The dishes are complemented with hand-selected wines from Sommelier Paul Krikorian.

Bloody Mary & Bellini Bar

A.R. Valentien has introduced a brand new Bloody Mary and Bellini menu to complement breakfast and lunch offerings on Saturdays and Sundays. Choose from libations such as the Mezcal Bloody Mary, with add-ons including bleu cheese olives, bacon, and hot or sweet peppers. Or try a refreshing Peach or Raspberry Bellini while overlooking the beautiful Torrey Pines Golf Course.
